This standard and procedure applies of products manufactured by the factory, including indoor and outdoor digital signage, touch query screens, portable displays, and indoor and outdoor LED displays. It covers all stages of inspection, from incoming material inspection, in-process production inspection to finished product delivery inspection, and clarifies the basis for quality judgment and implementation requirements.

1. Housing and Structure
   • Material: Complies with design requirements (metal/plastic/aluminum alloy, etc.), free from cracks, deformation, scratches (≤0.3mm, no more than 2 on a single side), paint peeling, burrs and other defects.
   • Assembly: Components (frames, backplanes, brackets, interface covers) are securely installed, with uniform gaps (≤0.5mm), no looseness or misalignment, and no missing or stripped screws.
   • Markings: Product nameplates, parameter labels, and safety certification marks are clear and complete, pasted smoothly, with no misprinting or missing printing.
2. Display Panel/LED Module
   • Panel: Free from scratches, bubbles, afterimages, and color spots; the light transmittance of the glass surface meets the design standard (≥92%).
   • LED Module: LED beads are neatly arranged, free from dead lights, dim lights, and color deviation (color difference ΔE≤2); there is no obvious gap at the module joint (≤0.3mm), and no bright edges or dark corners.
3. Interfaces and Cables
   • Interfaces (HDMI, USB, network port, power port, etc.): No oxidation or deformation, smooth plugging and unplugging, and clear markings.
   • Cables: No damage or aging; interface soldering is firm, no cold soldering or desoldering; cables are fixed standardizedly without tangling.

   • Resolution: Meets product parameter requirements (e.g., 1080P/4K), with no image stretching, blurriness, or double images.
   • Brightness and Contrast: Indoor products have a brightness of ≥300cd/㎡, outdoor products have a brightness of ≥1500cd/㎡ (LED displays ≥5000cd/㎡), contrast ratio ≥1000:1, and color reproduction ≥95%.
   • Response Speed: ≤8ms for LCD products, ≤1ms for LED displays, with no trailing phenomenon.
   • Viewing Angle: Horizontal ≥178°, vertical ≥178° (for LED displays: horizontal ≥160°, vertical ≥140°).
2. Touch Function (for Touch Query Screens Only)
   • Touch Accuracy: Positioning error ≤2mm, supports multi-touch (≥10 points), no drift or false touch.
   • Response Speed: Touch response time ≤50ms, no failure after 1000 consecutive touches.
   • Touch Area: Full-screen touch is effective, with no touch dead zones.
3. Electrical Performance
   • Input Voltage: Complies with the rated voltage range (AC 100-240V), and works normally when the voltage fluctuates by ±10%.
   • Power Consumption: Standby power consumption ≤1W, working power consumption meets design parameters (error ≤±5%).
   • Stability: No crashes, screen jitters, automatic restarts, or other faults after 72 hours of continuous power-on.
